Booking Policies

Top Coat is a one nail tech private Nail Lounge because of this ALL services are by Appointment Only. No Walk In's.

All booking is done online. I do not book over the phone or through messages.

Placing a card on file is required to reserve all bookings. 

Any cancellations/ last minute appointments will be added to stories on Instagram (@topcoatnaillounge) these appointments are given on a first come basis.

CANCELLATIONS

In efforts to fill any cancellations please cancel/reschedule online within 48 HOURS of your appointment time.

All cancellations must be made online by following the link in your confirmation email/text.

Please do not message or call me to cancel as I may miss your message.

24 hours notice given to cancel/reschedule will result in a 50% charge of services booked.

Less than 24 hours notice or you no-show, 100% of the cost of scheduled services will be charged.

REMOVALS

I will not work over another salon's foundation, even if it's a gel.

If you have enhancements from another salon, please remove your set before your appointment.

I don't apply or remove acrylic, this includes dip. 

If you need gel polish removal before your service be sure to add it to the cart.

REFUNDS

No refunds on services rendered.

To ensure your satisfaction, please check and inform me if you are not pleased with your services

while you are still in the lounge. 

Health &  Safety Measures

Face Masks are Required in Lounge at All Times.

The complimentary beverage service will be suspended during this time & I ask that you don't bring drinks or food into the space as well-

In addition to using  single-use tools whenever necessary, I'm washing my hands between services, wearing  disposable masks and gloves in-service, and disinfect surfaces after each appointment.
