MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN SALON
If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, illness or been exposed to anyone who is ill. Please cancel and we can reschedule you for 3+weeks later.
BARE NAILS
I do not remove acrylic.
If you are a first time client,
Please remove current set before your appointment.
An assessment of the state of your nails is my first priority.
Please note if the nail growth past what would be
considered a “2 week fill” will be charged the fresh set price.
AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Wash your hands at sink upon entering the salon.
Please do not bring any guests.
Do not bring any food or drinks into the space.
Please bring your own mask with ear loops.
Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times.
BOOKING/CANCELLATION
Placing a card on file is required to reserve all bookings.
There will be $1 charge reflected on your statement.
Please remember, It's just me & with limited availability
it is very important that appointments
are cancelled in a timely manner.
This allows me time to adjust my schedule accordingly and
hopefully fill the availability.
Cash, credit, apple pay & google pay are accepted in salon.
Please cancel/reschedule
online within 48 HOURS of your appointment time.
You can log in from the booking page with number
or follow the link from your text/email confirmation.
Less than 48 hours notification will be charged a $30 cancellation fee
or 50% of services booked, whichever is greater.
For VIP appointments booked outside of regular salon hours,
there is a $50 cancellation fee or 75% of services booked, whichever is greater.
All no shows will be charged $30 cancellation fee & won't be allowed to book again.
LATE POLICY
Ensuring your appointment begins on time is my goal.
However, in the strive for perfection I may run behind.
The salon reserves the right to begin your
appointment within a 15-20 minute grace period.
The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than
15 minutes after their scheduled time.
If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment maybe cancelled and you maybe charged a $30 cancellation fee or 50% of services booked, whichever is greater
REFUNDS
We don't offer refunds on services rendered.
To ensure your satisfaction, please check and inform me if you are not pleased with your services while you are still in the studio.
We offer complimentary fixes within 4 days of paid service
pending management approval.
By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies.
This policy applies across the board/whether booked in person or online.
